Main test contents
● Static load test:
Apply a constant load to test the strength and deformation of the frame under specific stress conditions.
● Dynamic fatigue test:
Repeatedly apply alternating loads to simulate the periodic stress that the frame is subjected to during actual riding and evaluate its fatigue life.
● Impact test:
Simulate instantaneous impact loads, such as sudden collisions encountered during riding, to test the impact resistance of the frame.
● Vibration test:
Simulate the vibration caused by uneven roads to test the vibration resistance of the frame.
2. Electric bicycle shock absorption fatigue test
Electric bicycle shock absorber fatigue test is an important test to evaluate the durability and performance of shock absorbers under long-term use. This test simulates the stress and load of shock absorbers under different riding conditions, helping manufacturers ensure the quality and safety of their products.

● Dynamic fatigue test:

3. Electric bicycle rain test
The electric bicycle rain test is a test method used to evaluate the waterproof performance and durability of electric bicycles in rainy environments. This test simulates the conditions encountered by electric bicycles when riding in the rain, ensuring that their electrical components and structures can work properly under adverse weather conditions.
Testing purposes
● Evaluate waterproof performance:
Check whether the electrical components of the e-bike (such as batteries, controllers and motors) have good waterproof performance to ensure the safety and reliability of riding in rainy days.
● Evaluate corrosion resistance:
Evaluate whether the e-bike is prone to rust and performance degradation after long-term exposure to moisture.
● Test sealing:
Check whether each connection part and seal maintains good sealing performance under rain attack to prevent moisture from penetrating into the internal structure.

● Static rain test:
Put the electric bicycle in a specific test environment, simulate rain from all directions, and check whether there is any water entering the body.
● Dynamic rain test:
Simulate the rain environment encountered by the electric bicycle during riding, and check the waterproof performance in motion.
● Durability test:
Carry out long-term rain test to evaluate the durability and performance changes of the electric bicycle in a long-term exposure to a humid environment.
